An Alarm user shall be subject to fines, depending on the number of false alarms within the permit year, based upon the following schedule:

3rd false alarm - $105.00
4rd false alarm - $140.00
5th false alarm - $205.00
6-9th false alarms - $275.00/each
10+ false alarms - $590.00 Civil Infraction Citation into Tualatin Municipal Court
Additional Penalties
Expired, Reinstatement Fee (90+ days from initial permit registration/renewal billing) - $115.00
Failure to obtain alarm permit (within 60 days of installation) - $90.00
False Alarm at a non-permitted or revoked alarm permit location - $580.00
APPEALING A FALSE ALARM RESPONSE CHARGE
*Submit a written request/statement as to why you feel the charge and/or occurrence should be waived or removed from your account, along with any supporting documentation (police reports, alarm company documentation, etc)
*Submit via email using the contact us page or via email.
*Be sure to include Permit #, alarm location address, and incident date(s) in question.
